1 cup whole milk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 ready-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for baking.

    Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the breakfast sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes). Once done, drain excess grease.
