Ingredients

2 cups milk (whole or any plant-based alternative)

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup pink strawberry syrup (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Whipped cream (for topping)

Pink sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent it from scorching.

Once the milk is warm (but not boiling), whisk in the cocoa powder and salt until fully dissolved.

Add the white chocolate chips to the mixture, whisking continuously until they melt and create a smooth texture.

Stir in the pink strawberry syrup and vanilla extract, letting the mixture warm through for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.

Remove from heat and pour into mugs.

Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with pink sprinkles for a festive finish.
