In a blender, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cold water. Blend until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
Add the fresh strawberries to the blender and blend until smooth. You can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother drink if desired. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add the vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
In serving glasses, fill each glass halfway with the strawberry lemonade mixture, then gently dollop or swirl the whipped cream on top.
For added flair, use a spoon to create a marbled effect of pink lemonade and cream.
Add ice cubes to each glass to keep it chilled.
Garnish with lemon slices and strawberry slices on the rim of the glass for a beautiful presentation.
