1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a blender, combine the raspberries and half a cup of water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, collecting the raspberry puree in a bowl. Set aside.

    In a large pitcher, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and the remaining 3.5 cups of cold water. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.

      Add the raspberry puree to the lemonade mix and stir gently until evenly combined, giving the lemonade a beautiful pink hue.

        In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
