Ingredients
  

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups water

1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pink food coloring (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Add 2 cups of water to the lemon mixture and stir well. This will be your lemonade base.

      In a blender, combine the mashed strawberries and the remaining 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter lemonade, you can add a little more sugar at this stage.

        Pour the strawberry mixture into the lemonade base, stirring gently to combine until you reach a lovely pink color throughout.

          In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring to the whipped cream for a more vibrant look.

            To serve, fill glasses halfway with the pink lemonade. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and swirl gently for a creamy touch.

              Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
