2 cups watermelon, cubed and deseeded

1 cup cold water

1 tablespoon matcha powder

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

A pinch of salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon and cold water. Blend until smooth and pour through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, discarding any pulp.
