Ingredients
  

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (mix of red and green)

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sliced jalapeños for heat

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy.

    Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Mix well.

      Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small margin around the edges.

        Sprinkle a quarter of the shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, diced cucumber, and chopped cilantro over the cream cheese layer.

          If desired, add a few slices of jalapeños for spice.

            Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

              Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

                After chilling, remove the tortillas from the wrap and slice them into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

                  Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
