2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder (for garnish)

Ladyfinger cookies (for layering and garnish)

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to the top.
