Ingredients

1 lb lobster tail, shell removed and meat chopped

1 lb crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cubed

12 oz fettuccine pasta

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of pasta water.

Prepare the Seafood: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the lobster meat and cook for 3-4 minutes until just cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Salmon: In the same skillet, add the salmon cubes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. Remove and set aside with the lobster.

Add Crab: Gently fold in the crab meat into the skillet, cooking for just 2 minutes to warm through. Remove from the skillet and keep it warm.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, allowing it to blend into the cream for about 2-3 minutes.

Add Cheese: Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.

Combine Everything: Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat the pasta. Gently fold in the lobster, crab, and salmon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Divide the Alfredo pasta among plates. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over each plate.

                  Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 4

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve in deep pasta bowls for an elegant touch, and drizzle a little extra Alfredo sauce on top before garnishing with parsley. Add a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning on top for a pop of color and flavor.
