4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef (or turkey)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

1/4 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean, flat surface.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, taco seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

      Spread 2 tablespoons of sour cream evenly over each tortilla, leaving about an inch around the edges.

        Spoon the seasoned beef mixture down the center of each tortilla.

          Top the beef with shredded cheddar cheese, black olives, and green onions.

            Drizzle a tablespoon of salsa over the filling.

              Starting from one end, gently roll the tortilla up tightly, ensuring the filling stays inside.

                Once rolled, slice each tortilla into 1-inch sections, securing with a toothpick if desired.

                  Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and drizzle with additional salsa, if desired.

                    Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves for a pop of color.
