3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce (low-sodium)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a large bowl, mix together the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the bowl with the sauce mixture. Drizzle the olive oil over the sprouts and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and browned, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle any leftover sauce from the bowl over the sprouts. Toss gently to combine.

Serve the Brussels sprouts hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
