If using homemade whipped cream, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in honey and vanilla extract. Set aside.
Prepare the ingredients by washing strawberries and hulling them to remove the green tops. Cut the pound cake into cubes.
Assemble the kabobs: Start by threading a strawberry onto a skewer, followed by a cube of pound cake, then another strawberry. Continue this pattern until the skewer is filled, leaving a little space at each end.
