Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup vanilla ice cream

½ cup whole milk (or almond milk)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Whipped cream (for topping)

Fresh strawberries and mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries and honey (or maple syrup). Blend until smooth.

Add the vanilla ice cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend on medium speed until creamy and well combined.

Check the consistency; if it's too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.

Pour the milkshake into tall glasses.

Top each milkshake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Garnish with fresh strawberries and a sprig of mint on top for a refreshing touch.
