Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, add the hulled strawberries and blend until smooth. You can leave a few chunks if you prefer some texture.

Add the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is perfectly smooth and well combined.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup. Blend again if you make any adjustments.

Transfer the mixture into a shallow airtight container. Spread it evenly to ensure it freezes uniformly.

Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.

When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes at room temperature before scooping, making it easier to serve.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the frozen yogurt in bowls and top with fresh strawberry slices, a drizzle of honey, and a few mint leaves for a beautiful touch.
