1

water
1
2 cup
vegetable oil
3
large
eggs
1
cup
fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
1
2 cup
cream cheese, softened
1
cup
powdered sugar
1
tablespoon
vanilla extract
1
2 cup
chopped walnuts (optional)
1
2 cup
shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Gently fold in the chopped strawberries into the batter.
Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the first layer of cake batter, then swirl it gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Cover the cream cheese layer with the remaining half of the chocolate cake batter.
If you're using walnuts and coconut, sprinkle them on top of the final layer of cake batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
