Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup milk (whole or 2% for creaminess)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional, based on sweetness preference)

Whipped cream, for topping

Crushed graham crackers, for garnish

Extra strawberries, for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, softened cream cheese, vanilla ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar (if using).

Blend the mixture on medium speed until smooth and creamy, ensuring no strawberry chunks remain.

Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar or strawberries. Blend again briefly if you do.

Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, leaving some space at the top for the whipped cream.

Top each milkshake generously with whipped cream, then sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the whipped cream to mimic the crust of a cheesecake.

Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass or place one inside the milkshake for visual appeal.
