Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Add the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.

        Fold in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheeses, reserving a handful of mozzarella for topping.

          Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix again until fully integrated.

            Transfer the dip mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

              Top the dip with the reserved mozzarella cheese.

                Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.

                  Allow to cool slightly before serving.
