Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
Place the phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet. Carefully fill each cup with a generous scoop of the spinach artichoke mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cups are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a colorful platter garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh spinach leaves.
