Ingredients

4 cups frozen sweet corn (or fresh corn kernels)

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the frozen sweet corn, melted butter, and heavy cream.

Add the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese to the slow cooker, stirring until well blended.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Season generously with salt and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.

Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 4 hours, or on high for about 2 hours, until the corn is bubbly and heated through. Stir occasionally during cooking to ensure even heating.

Once cooked, taste the creamed corn and adjust salt and pepper as needed. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can mash a portion of the corn with a fork or potato masher.

Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for freshness and color.

              Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 10 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the creamed corn directly from the slow cooker or in a large bowl, garnished with additional parsley and a sprinkle of paprika for an eye-catching finish. Pair this dish with grilled meats or cornbread for a true cowboy feast!
