1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced

2 tablespoons lime juice

Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt. Stir gently to combine, cover, and set aside to let the flavors meld.
