1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted

1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.

    Add the lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese mixture, stirring well to combine.
