Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping them slightly, with the wider ends facing outward to create a star shape.

Spoon the turkey mixture onto the center of the crescent dough ring.

Fold the points of the crescent triangles over the filling towards the center, tucking them under the dough and creating a ring shape.

Brush the ring with the beaten egg, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.

                  Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Servings: 6-8

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley andadditional cranberry sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy this festive twist on a classic!
