4 lobster tails

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Begin by carefully cutting the top shell of the lobster tails using kitchen scissors, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell and expose the lobster meat without detaching it completely.

      Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.

        In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk together until well mixed.

          Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat. Reserve some for basting later.

            In another bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until combined. Spoon this creamy mixture over the lobster tails.

              Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Be sure to baste the lobster with the remaining garlic butter halfway through cooking for extra flavor.

                Once cooked, remove the tails from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

                  Serve the lobster tails hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
