8 oz shell pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add shell pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spatula to break up the meat as it cooks.

      Sauté the Aromatics: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.

        Add the Tomatoes and Broth: Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juices), beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

          Combine with Pasta: Once the beef mixture is simmering, add the cooked shell pasta to the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients thoroughly and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

            Cheesy Finish: Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top evenly. Cover for a minute to allow the cheese to melt.

              Serve and Garnish: Spoon the beef and pasta mixture into bowls, garnishing with fresh basil leaves for added flavor and presentation.
