2 carrots, grated

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon celery seeds

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, and sliced red bell pepper.
