200g feta cheese, crumbled

250g cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Pita bread or vegetable sticks, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

    In a baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until the tomatoes are well coated.

      Spread the mixture evenly across the dish and place the crumbled feta on top.

        Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden brown.

          Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

            Using a fork, gently mash the feta and tomatoes together in the dish to create a creamy dip consistency.

              Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the dip for added richness.

                Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

                  Serve the dip warm with pita bread or vegetable sticks for dipping.
