2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup warm water

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings like bell peppers, olives, etc.)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking spray or extra olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

    Pour in warm water and olive oil, mixing with a wooden spoon until a dough begins to form.

      Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

        Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.

          Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

            Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle (about 1/4 inch thick).

              Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

                Sprinkle mozzarella cheese followed by the pepperoni slices and the dried oregano and garlic powder evenly across the sauce.

                  Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the ends to seal.

                    Cut the log into 1-inch rolls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.

                      Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

                        Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

                          Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
