Ingredients

1 pound refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup pepperoni slices

1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled

½ cup bell peppers, diced

¼ cup black olives, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

¼ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, cooked sausage, diced bell peppers, black olives, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.

Take each square of dough and place about a tablespoon of the cheese filling in the center of the square.

Gather the corners of the dough and pinch them together, forming a sealed ball. Place the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, arranging them in a circular wreath shape.

Brush the tops of the dough balls with the beaten egg to give them a golden finish while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is puffed and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Then, carefully transfer the wreath to a serving platter.

Garnish the wreath with fresh basil leaves and serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
