Ingredients
  

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/2 cup crushed ice

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Pineapple wedges or strawberry slices for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, fresh pineapple chunks, sliced strawberries, ripe banana, honey or agave syrup (if using), crushed ice, and lime juice.

    Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more coconut milk or water until you achieve your desired texture.

      Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave if needed.

        Pour the Pink Flamingo Colada into tall glasses or coconut shells for a tropical feel.

          Garnish each drink with fresh mint leaves and a pineapple wedge or a slice of strawberry on the rim of the glass.

            Serve immediately with a colorful straw for easy sipping.
