1 cup coconut milk

1 ripe banana, chopped

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (and extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon shredded coconut (plus extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, chopped banana, fresh pineapple chunks, and shredded coconut.

    Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. If desired, add honey or agave syrup for additional sweetness, then blend again.
