Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Biscuits

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Each biscuit will be filled with cheese, so flatten each biscuit into a circle about 3 inches in diameter.

Place a tablespoon of mozzarella and a tablespoon of cheddar in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling, pinching to seal tightly and form a ball. Ensure there are no openings for the cheese to escape.

Once all the biscuits are filled, dip each cheese-filled biscuit bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Arrange the biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. If desired, pour any remaining garlic butter over the tops.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 8 biscuit bombs

                      - Enjoy them warm as a delightful appetizer or snack!
