Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuit dough

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and use a rolling pin to gently flatten each biscuit into a round shape, about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a tablespoon of mozzarella and a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the sides of the biscuit over the cheese filling, pinching to seal tightly. You want to form a ball shape that encases the cheese.

Dip each cheese bomb into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

Place the stuffed and coated biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and brush the remaining garlic butter mixture on top of the bombs while they are still hot.

Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Prep Time: 10 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 8 bombs

                        - Presentation Tips: Serve these cheesy garlic bombs warm in a rustic basket lined with parchment paper. Pair with a small bowl of marinara sauce for dipping, and sprinkle with extra herbs on top for an appealing finish.
