Ingredients

10 large dill pickles, drained and patted dry

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 ounces sliced deli ham

4 ounces sliced roasted turkey

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Optional: hot sauce for a spicy kick

Instructions

Lay a large cutting board or countertop with a sheet of parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese evenly across each slice of deli ham and roasted turkey.

Sprinkle a bit of shredded cheddar cheese, fresh dill, and garlic powder on top of the cream cheese layer for added flavor.

Take one dill pickle and place it at the edge of the deli meat slice. Carefully roll the pickle up inside the meat, ensuring it’s tightly wrapped.

Repeat the process for all remaining pickles.

Once all pickle roll ups are wrapped, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces about 1 to 2 inches thick.

Arrange the roll ups on a platter and drizzle with optional hot sauce if you desire a spicy twist.

Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for the flavors to meld before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 20 bite-sized pieces

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the pickle roll ups on a colorful platter, and garnish with fresh dill sprigs. Add a small bowl of hot sauce in the center for dipping. Enjoy!
