Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

12 slider rolls

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: Season the thinly sliced sirloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Beef: In the same skillet, add the seasoned beef. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and return the cooked onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Mix everything until well combined and heated through.

Prepare the Rolls: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.

Assemble the Sliders: Spoon the beef and vegetable mixture evenly onto the bottom half of the rolls. Top with shredded provolone cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and slice into individual sliders.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the sliders warm on a platter, with small bowls of ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping. Garnish with extra chopped parsley for a pop of color.
