2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 oz. pasta (penne or fusilli works best)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Place them at the bottom of the slow cooker.
