Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (optional, for rolling)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Mix the ingredients until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more graham cracker crumbs.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to an hour, allowing it to firm up.

Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) with the mixture.

In a shallow dish, mix together the cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts if using.

Roll each truffle in the cocoa mixture until well coated, ensuring an even coverage.

Place the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Repeat the process until all truffles are rolled and coated.

For a fun touch, melt additional semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle it over the truffles for added decoration.

Refrigerate your truffles for at least 15 minutes before serving to set the coating.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: Approximately 15 truffles

                        - Presentation Tips: Arrange the truffles in a decorative box or on a platter lined with parchment paper. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a few whole hazelnuts for a delightful finish.
