Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup American cheese, sliced

8 small slider buns

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons pickle relish

1 tablespoon mustard

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Dill pickle slices for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, slightly larger than the slider buns to allow for shrinkage while cooking.

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt. Cover the pan with a lid to help the cheese melt thoroughly.

While the patties are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard. Set aside.

Once the patties are done, remove them from the heat and set aside. Toast the slider buns lightly on the skillet for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.

Assemble the sliders: Spread a layer of the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a patty with melted cheese on top, followed by a small handful of shredded lettuce and a few diced tomatoes.

Add dill pickle slices for an authentic taste, then cover with the top half of the bun.

Optionally, secure each mini cheeseburger with a toothpick for easy serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 sliders

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the mini cheeseburgers on a colorful platter, garnished with additional pickle slices and a sprinkle of fresh herbs for a fun and inviting look.
