2 tablespoons lemon zest (about 2 lemons)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)

2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Whisk until well blended to create a marinade.
