ground beef (80/20 mix for flavor)

feta cheese, crumbled
1/4

fresh parsley, finely chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
dried oregano

teaspoon
onion powder

salt

teaspoon
black pepper
to taste
Lettuce leaves, for wrapping
to taste
Sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, for toppings
to taste
Olive oil, for grilling
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, dried oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Using your hands, gently mix the ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the beef.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1 inch thick.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil.
Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer a more well-done burger.
Remove the burgers from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
To serve, wrap the burgers in large lettuce leaves and top with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers as desired.
Notes
Be careful not to overwork the beef when mixing.
