Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a mini muffin tin with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until the cheeses are completely melted and combined (usually takes about 1-2 minutes).
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add the melted cheese mixture to the eggs and mix well until thoroughly combined.
In another bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and sea salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the cheese and egg mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out the dough and roll into small balls. Place each ball into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling it to about ¾ full.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and firm to the touch.
Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
