1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Creamy Herbed Ricotta:

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well incorporated.

      Using your hands, form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

        Drizzle the meatballs with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

          While the meatballs are baking, prepare the creamy herbed ricotta. In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy.

            Remove the meatballs from the oven and allow them to rest for a few minutes.

              Serve the meatballs warm, topped with a generous dollop of creamy herbed ricotta.
