8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

4-5 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a spatula or mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.

      Add the shredded cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

        Transfer the mixture into a greased oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly across the top.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

            Once done, remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
