Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Meat Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Add Cheese: Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese into the beef mixture until evenly distributed.

Form the Balls: Take a small amount of the beef mixture (about 2 tablespoons) and form it into a ball. Repeat this process until all the beef mixture is used.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Stuff the Biscuits: Place one beef ball in the center of each biscuit circle. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the beef ball, pinching to seal it completely. Make sure there are no openings.

Brush with Garlic Butter: Place the sealed biscuit bombs on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with chopped parsley and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture generously over each biscuit bomb.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, garlicky goodness!

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 40 minutes | Servings: 12 bombs

Presentation Tips: Serve the bombs on a large platter, garnished with extra chopped parsley and a small bowl of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
