Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings, cleaned and dried

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons truffle oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Red pepper flakes for added heat

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the wings: In a large bowl, toss the cleaned chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.

Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they aren't overcrowded.

Bake the wings in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

While the wings are baking, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant (do not burn).

Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the truffle oil and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Toss the crispy wings in the truffle garlic Parmesan sauce until they are well coated.

Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes if desired for an extra kick.
