Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and egg.
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and milk to the meat mixture. Season with dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, honey, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to create the glaze. Reserve half of the glaze for later.
Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it into the prepared loaf pan.
Spread the remaining half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve slices on a warm plate garnished with fresh parsley and a drizzle of remaining honey glaze for an attractive finish.
