1piecered bell pepper, sliced

4clovesgarlic, minced
1tablespoonsoy sauce (low sodium)
1tablespoonolive oil

optionalgreen onions, sliced for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and sauté until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, push it to one side of the skillet.
Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and snap peas to the other side of the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken and veggies, stirring to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and caramelize slightly.
Remove from heat and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve hot, garnishing with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
