Ingredients

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1/4 cup honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, ground ginger, black pepper, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Place the chicken thighs in a large baking dish or on a lined baking sheet, skin side up.

Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy, basting the thighs with the sauce halfway through cooking.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
