Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.

Place the salmon cubes in a separate bowl, then pour half of the glaze over them. Gently toss until the salmon is well coated. Allow to marinate for about 15 minutes for the flavors to infuse.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated salmon cubes, ensuring they are not overcrowded in the pan.

Sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Reduce the heat to low, then pour the remaining glaze over the salmon. Toss gently to coat the salmon in the glaze for about 1-2 minutes until bubbly and thickened.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter.

Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top for added texture and flavor.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the salmon bites warm, arranged on a platter with toothpicks for easy eating. Drizzle a little extra glaze over the top just before serving for a glossy finish. You can also accompany the dish with a side of steamed broccoli or a light salad for color and balance.
