Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of American cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Shape the seasoned beef into 4 equal patties. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of American cheese on each burger to melt.

While the burgers are grilling, heat another pan over medium heat and lightly brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil.

Once the burgers are done, place one patty in the center of each tortilla.

Top each patty with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickle slices. Drizzle ketchup and mustard on top.

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, creating a wrap.

Place the wraps on the grill, seam side down, and grill for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the grill, cut each wrap in half diagonally, and serve hot.
