1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Wooden or metal skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before use)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

    Add the cubed chicken to the bowl, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using skewers, thread the marinated chicken onto them, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

        Once the grill is ready, place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
